Awesome earbuds deliver awesome sound! I got these for Christmas and I tend to always lose the tips of earbuds. I decided to buy these from Bose because when I purchased them there was a promotion that gave me free shipping. It was well worth the money.. there is nothing more frustrating than loosing the tips of good earbuds! Really quick delivery too! I ordered it on December 29 and I got them by Jan. 2nd. You should note that each order comes with TWO PAIRS so a total of FOUR tips that will fit both sides: left or right. I didn't see this and I wanted to have backups so I bought 3 orders. Now I have too many :)
**Quick Tip: If you register the earbuds online at [...] Bose will send you an order (2 pairs) of tips free of charge.

The Bose in-ear hradphones are the best sounding ones I have tried. Problem is, the 3 different -sized tips can fall off, or get rubbed off, and then the headphones are useless. So the first time this happened to me, I put a small amount of superglue on the replacement set. All was fine until my dog jumped up on my desk, and decided that the tips looked like a chewy thing, and he munched both of them. So this replacement set is again superglued on, and they don't see my desk. And again, I am hearing awesome sounds. Leave it to Bose....they can make an in-ear headphone sound just wonderful. How do they get the bass notes to sound so good?

If you are buying these tips, it's because the old ones fall off easily and get lost. Bose has changed the design where they don't fall off anymore - thank you, Bose! These are great earphones, but constantly looking for the missing tips was irritating. No longer a problem.
good product, mediums are smaller than expected January 15, 2010

good product. if you're looking at these it's because you own the earbuds and have lost a tip. that design "feature" is unfortunate. But these aren't expensive. The only issue I had is that the original tips were larger. I guess they didn't ship with mediums. It would have been nice if bose told us what the original size was or had shipped a variety of sizes in one replacement package.

Lost the original tips on my Bose headphones,so needed to order more. Amazon had replacements in stock and had the new ones within a week.
